  • Strong attention to detail. You’ll have complete ownership of your accounts and the ability to measure their success. Being detailed oriented, thorough, creative and analytical will ensure your success.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and coordinate internal teams and resources.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultancy role, 1 year’ supervisory experience preferred.
  • Fluent English and other languages an advantage.


  • Engage with customers and identify their onboarding needs.
  • Handle emails and calls from customers and ensure that their needs are satisfied.
  • Develop strategies to expand our reach impact, and quality of customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction, proactive client communications, issue remediation as well as containment and performance measurement.
  • Reception and segmentation of customer issues.
  • Coordinate customer success team.
  • Ability to analyze and categorize incidents to be sent to the Product, Software and Sales Teams to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
